Degreed, certified personal trainers on 30A who build your program around your body and your health history – not a template. Locals and visitors welcome.
Three 45-minute personal-training sessions, a full movement assessment, and a SECA body-composition scan measuring muscle, fat, bone density and hydration. We’ll set your goals together and build the plan around them.
Ongoing personal-training rates are set by each trainer – they price their sessions based on their education, certifications and experience. The orientation is the easiest way to find your fit.
Small group training with GM and trainer Justin Scott.
Your body, not everybody.
Degreed & certified
C.S.C.S., NASM, ACE and an M.S. in Human Performance – trainers with real qualifications, not a franchise upsell desk.
Built around your history
We learn your health history and how you actually move first, then design a plan that progresses every session.
A real gym behind it
From professional athletes to seniors, we have the equipment you need to build – or rebuild – the strength you desire.
Meet your trainers.

Book your free orientation.
Tell us a little about your goals and we’ll set it up – usually same day during staffed hours.
Ongoing rates are custom – each trainer prices their sessions based on their education, certifications and experience. To get started, the free 30-minute orientation costs nothing, and the Intro to Personal Training package is $240 for three 45-minute sessions with a full movement assessment and a SECA body-composition scan.
Can I hire a trainer while I’m on vacation?

Yes. If your athlete is already working with a coach we’d love to keep that training going – pairing it with a trainer really makes it count. A parent signs the waiver.

Yes – private group sessions for bachelor and bachelorette parties, family fitness, beach bootcamp, TRX and more. Email admin@graytonbeachfitness.com to check instructor and location availability.
