Three ways to train

  1. 1-on-1 personal training

A custom program with steady progression, adjusted every session. Encouragement included; yelling is not the house style.

  2. Small group personal training

Train with a spouse, friend or family member – personalized attention, shared accountability, split cost.

  3. Flexibility & recovery

Foam rolling and self-myofascial release sessions that improve how you move – in the gym and out of it.

Training is scheduled directly with the gym: call (850) 231-7075 and the desk will match you with the right trainer.

Training questions

How do I book a personal trainer?

Call (850) 231-7075 and tell the desk what you’re after – they’ll match you with the right trainer. Sessions are scheduled directly with the gym.

Do I have to be a member to train?

Training is available to members and non-members alike. If you’re visiting, ask about pairing sessions with a guest pass.

Can I train with a partner or small group?

Yes – small-group personal training lets a spouse, friend or family member share the session, the attention and the cost. Flexibility and recovery sessions are available too.
