  2. Check in at the front desk

Come by during staffed hours – weekdays 7am–6pm, weekends 8am–noon only – and the desk will get you set up. Your pass clock starts at first check-in.

  3. Train like a local

Guest questions

Can I use the gym if I’m just visiting 30A?

Yes. Guest passes are sold online: $30 for one day, $75 for three visits within a week, and $95 for seven consecutive days (plus Florida sales tax). Buy online, then check in at the front desk during staffed hours.

How does the 3-day pass work?

It covers three gym visits, used on any days you choose within one week of your first check-in at the front desk.

Can I buy a pass before my trip?

Yes. Buy online anytime – the pass doesn’t start until your first check-in at the front desk.

Can guests take classes?

Yes, space permitting. Classes are an additional fee for pass holders and must be booked in advance – call (850) 231-7075 and the desk will get you on the list.

Do guest passes include 24/7 access?

Guest passes cover staffed hours (Mon–Fri 7am–6pm, weekends 8am–noon only). Heads-up: the gym is not accessible to pass holders on weekend afternoons, so plan your last visit before noon. A 24/7 add-on is available for the week pass – ask at the desk.
