Open 24/7, 365 — your gym on 30A.

Grayton Beach Fitness is a true 24-hour gym in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Members come and go any hour with a secure access fob — 5am before the beach or after the dinner shift, the building is open when you are. Visitors can add 24-hour access to a day or week pass, or enter by phone with the Gym Swype app.

How 24/7 access works

  • The fob

Every recurring membership includes 24/7 access. Pick up your security fob at the front desk once during staffed hours — from then on the door opens any hour, every day of the year. The building is monitored around the clock for everyone’s safety.

  • Any hour

Sunrise crew and night owls both covered: before the beach, after a shift, or when the kids are finally asleep — train on your schedule, not ours.

  • Visitors too

    Add 24-hour access to a 1-day or 1-week guest pass — it’s included on every 1-month to 1-year membership.

  • By phone: Gym Swype

Scan the QR code at our front door, buy a 1-day, 1-week or 1-month 24-hour pass in the Gym Swype app, and unlock the door with your phone.

One rule, strictly enforced: don’t let anyone in with or behind you on your fob — tailgating carries a $250 fine. Guests are always welcome on their own pass, and the front desk is glad to set them up.

The lights are on because someone’s training.

The full training floor is open around the clock — the Technogym-led cardio line, Cybex strength machines, free weights up to 120 lbs, TRX rigs, and the outdoor training rig. Every day of the year, holidays included.

The front desk closes on Christmas Day and closes early on Thanksgiving, July 4th, and New Year’s Eve — but the gym itself never closes on you.

24-hour access questions

How does 24/7 access work?

Members on recurring plans get a security fob from the front desk during staffed hours. The fob unlocks the door any time, day or night, every day of the year — just follow the posted 24-hour access rules.

Does a guest pass automatically include 24-hour access?

No. Guest passes cover staffed hours (Mon–Fri 7am–6pm, weekends 8am–noon). 24-hour access can be added to a 1-day or 1-week pass, and it’s included on every 1-month to 1-year membership.

Is 24-hour access available to visitors?

Yes — add it to a 1-day or 1-week pass, or use the Gym Swype app: scan the QR code at the front door, buy a 24-hour pass, and enter with your phone.

What is the Gym Swype app?

Gym Swype lets you access affiliated gyms from your phone. Download it with the QR code at the entrance, turn on location services, buy a 1-day, 1-week or 1-month 24-hour pass, and the door unlocks for you.

Is the gym open on holidays?

The gym is accessible 24/7, 365 days a year for fob members and 24-hour pass holders. The front desk closes on Christmas Day and closes early on Thanksgiving, July 4th, and New Year’s Eve — but the gym itself never closes.
