Questions, answered plainly.

Everything people actually ask us – hours, fobs, passes, prices. If yours isn’t here, call (850) 231-7075 and a human will answer.

Hours & access

What are the staffed hours?

The front desk is staffed Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 8:00am–noon. Members with 24/7 plans can use the gym at any hour with their security fob.

Is the gym really open 24 hours?

Yes – for members. Every membership includes 24/7 access via a security fob that unlocks the door any time, every day of the year. Guest passes cover staffed hours only (the week pass has a 24/7 add-on).

How do I get a 24-hour access fob?

Join online or at the desk, then pick up your fob at the front desk during staffed hours. One visit, and the building is yours around the clock.

Can I let a friend in on my fob?

Please don’t. For everyone’s safety and our insurance, members can’t let anyone in with or behind them on a security fob – it carries a $250 fine, strictly enforced. Guests are always welcome on their own day, 3-day or week pass, and the front desk is glad to set them up. Guest pass details →

Is the gym open on holidays?

Members with fobs have access 365 days a year. Staffed hours can vary on major holidays – call ahead to confirm.

Visiting & guest passes

Can I use the gym if I’m just visiting 30A?

Yes. Guest passes are sold online: $30 for one day, $75 for three visits within a week, and $95 for seven consecutive days (plus tax). Buy online, then check in at the front desk during staffed hours. Guest pass details →

How does the 3-day pass work?

It covers three gym visits, used on any days you choose within one week of your first check-in at the front desk.

Can I buy a pass before my trip?

Yes – passes don’t start until your first check-in, so buy any time before you arrive.

Can visitors take group classes?

Yes, space permitting. Classes are an additional fee for pass holders and must be booked in advance – call (850) 231-7075 to reserve.

Memberships

How much does a membership cost?

A single 12-month membership is $75 per month plus a one-time $40 registration fee. A single month, paid in full, is $155 with no registration fee. Both include 24/7 fob access; Florida sales tax applies at checkout. Membership details →

Is there a contract? How do I cancel?

The $75/month plan is a 12-month agreement; after the term you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. The single month carries no ongoing commitment, with cancellation rights per Florida law.

Do you offer couple or family memberships?

Options change seasonally – call (850) 231-7075 and the front desk will set you up with current rates.

Are there shorter or mid-length options?

Yes – daily, weekly, monthly and 6-month plans all exist. Under a month, guest passes are usually the better deal; for everything else, call and the desk will point you to the right plan.
