Is there a gym in Seaside, FL?

Not a public one. Some rentals in Seaside and WaterColor include access to a small private fitness room, and there are studio options nearby for paddle, run, and yoga-style sessions. But if you want a full gym floor — racks, free weights, a proper cardio line, strength machines, showers — you’ll be driving or biking a few minutes west to Grayton Beach. That’s us.

Free beach bootcamp — Labor Day, September 7

If you’re in Seaside over Labor Day weekend: on Monday, September 7 at 8am we’re running a free beach bootcamp, open to members and guests. Meet at the gym, jog to the beach, and get after it — beach-oriented exercises in the sand and surf. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet. No cost, just show up.

What kind of gym is it?

A training gym, not a hotel fitness room. The cardio line is led by Technogym alongside Cybex, Precor, Matrix, and an Assault runner. Strength is Cybex machines plus free weights up to 120 lbs, TRX rigs, a dedicated class studio, and a Rogue outdoor rig — with clean showers, locker rooms, and towels for when you’re done. Paul and Debbie Hunter have owned and run it since 2004.
