Where is it?
Grayton Beach Fitness is one block north of Scenic Highway 30A in Grayton Beach. At the Grayton Beach traffic light, turn north onto County Road 283; we’re in the first shopping center on the left, in the stand-alone building behind Hurricane Oyster Bar. Paul and Debbie Hunter founded the gym in 2004, and it’s still family-owned.
How 24/7 access works
- Join on a 24/7 plan. Membership options are below and on the memberships page.
- Pick up your security fob at the front desk during staffed hours. You only need to do this once.
- Use the fob to get in any time. Early before work, late after a shift, or in the middle of the night.
The one rule: one person per fob
Your fob is for you. Don’t let anyone in with you or behind you. Tailgating carries a strictly enforced $250 fine. It’s the rule that keeps an unstaffed gym safe for everyone who trains there after hours. If you want to bring a friend, they’re welcome on their own guest pass during staffed hours.
What you get at 3am (or 5am, or 10pm)
The same gym you get at noon. After hours, fob members have the whole floor: treadmills, ellipticals, spin bikes and rowing machines, free weights up to 120 lbs, and Cybex, Atlantis and Precision Series strength machines. What changes is that the front desk isn’t staffed, so joining, fob pickup, guest check-in and classes all happen during staffed hours.
