What’s included with a day pass
- The whole gym floor during staffed hours: treadmills, ellipticals, spin bikes and rowing machines, free weights up to 120 lbs, and Cybex, Atlantis and Precision Series strength machines.
- A free orientation if you’d like one: a tour, an introduction to the equipment and a mini movement assessment after a short wellness questionnaire.
- Staff on site. Passes are used while the front desk is open, so someone is there to check you in and point you in the right direction.
Classes are not included in a pass. They’re booked separately with class credits (more on that below).
When can you use a day pass?
Day, 3-day and week passes all run on staffed hours only:
- Monday to Friday: 7am to 6pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 8am to noon
The front desk closes at noon on weekends, so plan your Saturday and Sunday sessions for the morning. If you need to train outside staffed hours, the week pass has a 24/7 access add-on. Ask at the front desk about it. Members get round-the-clock access with a security fob; read more on our 24-hour gym page or in is there a 24-hour gym on 30A?
Which pass is the best value?
- One workout: the 1-day pass, $30.
- A long weekend, or two or three sessions in a week: the 3-day pass, $75. That’s $25 a visit, and the three visits don’t have to be on consecutive days, as long as they fall within a week of your first check-in.
- Four or more sessions in a week: the week pass, $95. From your fourth visit on, it costs less than day passes would.
Drop-in classes: $7
You don’t need a membership to take a group class. Classes run at 9am on weekdays: Cardio Sculpt on Monday and Wednesday, TRX Bootcamp on Tuesday and Thursday, and HIIT Circuit on Friday. A drop-in class credit is $7, or $40 for 8. Classes need to be booked in advance in the ClubReady app, and pass holders pay for them on top of the pass. Times can change with attendance and holidays, so check the classes page for the current schedule.

When a month membership beats day passes
If you’re here for more than about a week and a half, look at the one-month membership, $155 paid in full ($165.85 with tax). A week pass plus a 3-day pass would cost $170, and two week passes $190, so the month is cheaper for a longer stay. It also includes 24/7 access with a security fob, where passes are limited to staffed hours.
Living here, or here for the season? The 12-month plan is $75 a month plus a $40 registration fee. Compare both on the memberships page.
